Lori Dendy-Molz

Always an avid reader, my early efforts at creative writing and art earned praise from teachers who otherwise complained about my habit of drawing on my assignments. Work on my high school and university newspapers led to radio and television news internships. After college I worked as a daily newspaper reporter before moving to Germany in the early 90s and taking on work as a publicity writer and then as a marketing director. My writing tasks gradually transitioned into more and more translation of texts from German into my native US English. Translation has been the focus of my work, and a true source of fulfillment, since the early 2000s.
